Our Services

Elexa Technologies offers a variety of digital services including web development, e-commerce solutions, graphics design, digital marketing, SEO, domain & hosting services, and CRM solutions. All services are provided in accordance with the package selected by the client.

Ou Service Terms & Usage

By subscribing to our services, you agree to the conditions set forth in the corresponding agreement and service-level terms. Elexa Technologies reserves the right to display a “Developed by Elexa Technologies” credit or logo in the footer of every website we deliver, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

Ou Payment Terms

All projects require a minimum advance of 50% of the total amount. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion before the project is delivered or deployed. For subscription-based services, monthly payments are due in advance.

Ou Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are not applicable once work has commenced. Cancellations must be requested before any work begins. Custom or digital products (including domain/hosting purchases) are non-refundable.

Ou Domain & Hosting

Clients must renew their domain/hosting at least 7 days before expiry to ensure uninterrupted service. Elexa Technologies will notify via email, phone, or WhatsApp before suspension. Delay in payment releases us from any liability.

Ou Domain/Hosting Transfer

To initiate a transfer, clients must:

• Send a request to elexatechnologies25@gmail.com with client and domain details
• Clear all outstanding payments
• Use provided EPP/Auth code within 5 days to complete the transfer

Ou Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and approvals. Delays in communication may affect project timelines. Content, images, and other materials must be client-provided unless agreed otherwise.

Ou Data & Privacy

Elexa Technologies values client privacy. We do not share personal or business data with third parties without consent. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for full details.

Ou Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs developed by Elexa Technologies remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise specified in writing.

Ou. Limitation of Liability

Elexa Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or protection from data loss or cyberattacks. Use of our services is at your own risk.

Ou. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
